RN Emergency Department - Syracuse, NY (#25230)

Location: Syracuse, NY
Employment Type: Full-time, Contract (13 weeks, potential extension)
Hourly Rate: $66/hr

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Emergency Department of an Acute Care / Academic Medical Center in Syracuse, NY. This role involves providing high-quality care in a fast-paced trauma setting, working night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) with a 12-hour schedule.

- Experience with Adult & Pediatric populations (required).
Technical Skills: Prior EPIC (EMR) experience (preferred).
Soft Skills: Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and teamwork in high-pressure environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced trauma setting.
Maintain accurate patient records using EPIC EMR (preferred).
Adhere to BLS & ACLS protocols in emergencies.
