Work Schedule:
- Full-time schedule.
- Mix of day and evening shifts.
- Combination of 8-hour and 12-hour shifts.
Qualifications:
- Certification – Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) required.
- Experience – 3+ years recent OR experience (within last 4 years).
- Setting – Trauma center, teaching hospital, or similar facility.
- Skills – Scrub experience required.
- Additional – First-time travelers must have comparable facility experience.

Preferred Experience:
- Neurosurgery.
- Bariatric.
- GU (Genitourinary).
- Adult OR or similar specialty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain sterile field for surgical procedures.
- Assist surgeons by passing instruments and anticipating needs.
- Perform surgical counts to ensure patient safety.
- Maintain strict aseptic and infection control standards.
- Assist with patient positioning, prepping, and draping.
- Handle specimens and prepare for lab analysis.
- Clean and restock operating room between cases.
- Monitor and maintain surgical equipment.
- Collaborate with surgical team for efficient patient care Participate in ongoing training and education.
