Position Overview
We are seeking a Dermatologist to provide comprehensive skin care services at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Klamath Falls, OR. This role offers a high base salary, productivity bonuses, and the opportunity to serve a diverse and underserved patient population.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $350,000 – $400,000 base salary + productivity bonuses.

Work Schedule:
- Full-time.
- Monday – Friday.
- 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
Qualifications:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology.
- Active Oregon medical license (or ability to obtain).
- DEA license & CPR certification required.
- Preferred: 3+ years of experience in primary care or FQHC setting.
- Strong knowledge of clinical protocols and regulatory standards.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of dermatologic conditions.
- Perform skin exams, biopsies, and minor surgical procedures.
- Develop individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with clinical and safety standards.
- Deliver culturally competent, patient-centered care.
