Dermatologist – Klamath Falls, OR (#3355)

Salary: $350,000 – $400,000/year + Productivity Bonuses

Position Overview

We are seeking a Dermatologist to provide comprehensive skin care services at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Klamath Falls, OR. This role offers a high base salary, productivity bonuses, and the opportunity to serve a diverse and underserved patient population.

Compensation & Benefits:

$350,000 – $400,000 base salary + productivity bonuses.
HRSA Loan Forgiveness eligibility.
$5,000 CME allowance.

Work Schedule:

Full-time.
Monday – Friday.
8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Qualifications:

MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology.
Active Oregon medical license (or ability to obtain).
DEA license & CPR certification required.
Preferred: 3+ years of experience in primary care or FQHC setting.
Strong knowledge of clinical protocols and regulatory standards.
Ability to work independently and in a team-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and treat a wide range of dermatologic conditions.
Perform skin exams, biopsies, and minor surgical procedures.
Develop individualized treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with clinical and safety standards.
Deliver culturally competent, patient-centered care.
