Position Overview:
Seeking Geriatric Nursing Assistants (GNAs) for per-diem shifts at a nursing and rehabilitation center in Frederick, MD. Provide hands-on care to elderly patients in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Work Schedule:
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (30-minute break).
- Per-diem flexibility based on availability.
Qualifications:
- Education – Accredited Nursing Assistant (NA) program.
- License – Active Maryland GNA/NA license.
- Certification – Current BLS required.
- Experience – Minimum 1 year with geriatric patients.
- Technical Skills – ADLs, vital signs, hygiene, mobility support.
- Soft Skills – Compassion, patience, communication, reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Monitor and record vital signs; report changes promptly.
- Provide mobility support (transfers, repositioning, ambulation).
- Ensure patient safety and fall prevention.
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
