Position Overview:

Seeking Geriatric Nursing Assistants (GNAs) for per-diem shifts at a nursing and rehabilitation center in Frederick, MD. Provide hands-on care to elderly patients in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Technical Skills – ADLs, vital signs, hygiene, mobility support.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
Monitor and record vital signs; report changes promptly.
Provide mobility support (transfers, repositioning, ambulation).
Ensure patient safety and fall prevention.
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
