Job Summary:
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in New York, NY 10001 to join a mission-driven non-profit organization operating federally qualified health centers. This role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care in an ambulatory care setting while supporting healthcare access in underserved communities.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN.

Perform venipuncture, EKGs, and phlebotomy.
Insert IV lines and Foley catheters.
Monitor and record vital signs and patient data.
Assist with respiratory treatments and therapeutic procedures.
Prepare patients for exams and procedures.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.

Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program.
Active New York State LPN license.
Current BCLS, Infection Control, and Child Abuse certifications.
1–2 years of ambulatory care experience preferred.
Skills in venipuncture, immunizations, and medication administration.
Basic computer and documentation skills.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Bilingual Spanish preferred.
