Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced RN Supervisor (Skilled Nursing Facility) to oversee evening shift operations in a nursing home setting in Queens, NY. This role focuses on staff supervision, regulatory compliance, and high-quality resident care.

Qualifications:
- Active New York State RN License.
- Minimum 3 years SNF/nursing home experience.
- Prior supervisory experience (evening shift required).
- Strong knowledge of DOH, CMS, and federal regulations.
- Experience with MDS (GG assessments), care planning, and admissions.
- Leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Proof of Hepatitis B immunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff and daily operations.
- Develop staffing plans and ensure adequate coverage.
- Oversee admissions, discharges, and care planning.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Monitor documentation, medication administration, and patient care quality.
- Conduct staff evaluations, training, and disciplinary actions.
- Manage incident reporting, safety protocols, and quality improvement.
- Oversee narcotics control and medical inventory.
