Schedule: Every other weekend (Evening Shift)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced RN Supervisor (Skilled Nursing Facility) to oversee evening shift operations in a nursing home setting in Queens, NY. This role focuses on staff supervision, regulatory compliance, and high-quality resident care.

Proof of Hepatitis B immunity.

Oversee admissions, discharges, and care planning.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Monitor documentation, medication administration, and patient care quality.
Conduct staff evaluations, training, and disciplinary actions.
Manage incident reporting, safety protocols, and quality improvement.
Oversee narcotics control and medical inventory.
